One system, no integrations to babysit
From enquiry to invoice in the same place. The same client, the same project and the same amounts everywhere. Nobody retypes anything. Nothing drifts apart.
All modulesEvery invoice line points back to a signed job sheet
Date, engineer, hours, what was done and who signed. When a client calls about a line, that call takes ten seconds instead of an afternoon.
How that worksThe job sheet is signed where the work is
Hours, materials, photos, signature and variations on the engineer’s phone. With no signal too. In a crawl space or on a roof that is the normal state of affairs.
Out on siteCapacity is the first question, not the last
Your turnover is capped by your capacity, not by demand. Which week is full, and can we still take this job on. That question sits up front, not in a module off to one side.
Who it is forWho this was built for
For building, installation and maintenance companies of five to seventy-five staff, in the Netherlands and Belgium. Too big now for spreadsheets and email, too small for a system that comes with a consultant.
Trade not on the list?
Any technical company with people out in the field and an invoice it has to be able to explain fits here. Even if your trade is not on the list. If you are not sure, tell us in the conversation how your work runs. If it does not fit, we will say so.
By role: what is on the screenIt carries your name, not ours
Platrom is fully white-label. Your logo, your colours and your typeface are on every screen your people work in. And on every document that goes out. Your client sees your quote and your invoice. Not a software vendor’s.
One week, one thread
This is the same job, touched five times by five different people. Nobody retypes anything, and at the end everyone knows where the line on the invoice came from.
- Tue 08:12 · Office
The enquiry comes in
An email from a housing association lands in the work queue, sorted by how long it has been waiting rather than when it arrived. The system has already read it: this is a breakdown, it is urgent, and the next step is shown beside it. Calling is one click.
- Tue 11:40 · Estimator
The quote goes out
The estimate turns into a quote with sections, provisional sums and optional items. The client signs it online. On approval the work is waiting as a job, with the budget that sat underneath it.
- Wed 06:55 · Site manager
The work is dispatched
On the schedule the work order moves to Thursday, to two engineers who have room that day. They see it on their phone, with the site, the equipment, the history and how to get in.
- Thu 16:41 · Engineer
The job sheet is signed
On the roof, with no signal. Hours, materials, photos and the client’s signature. The variation agreed on the spot is signed for as well. The moment the phone finds a bar it is all in.
- Fri 09:03 · Accounts
The invoice goes out
The line on the invoice points back to that job sheet: date, engineer, hours, what was done and who signed. When the client calls about that line, the conversation is over in ten seconds.

The job sheet is signed where the work happens
Hours, materials, photos, the client’s signature and the variations you agree on the spot. On the phone the engineer is already holding.

Sent as soon as there is a signal again. Nothing is lost.
What is in it
No separate programs trying to keep up with each other through an integration. One system, in which the same client, the same project and the same amounts are the same everywhere.
What it costs, with no conversation first
Three plans that differ in which modules are in them, not in how much of the same thing you are allowed. Three users are in every plan. Above that a user costs €33 per month.

The whole chain in one system
This is where the first companies will be
Platrom is going live now. The first environments are being set up this month. Their names will appear here once they are happy with that and not a day sooner. Until then you get to see the system itself. Everything on this site can be walked through in a demo on your own work.
Come and look in a demoHalf an hour, on your own work
No slides. We take one of your projects. A breakdown, a roof refurbishment or a maintenance contract. We walk it through the system, from enquiry to invoice line.
- You are talking to someone who built the system, not an account manager with a script.
- Your request lands in a work queue on our side, with a clock on it.
- No newsletter and nothing sold on.
