The colours come out of your logo
You upload your logo and the system proposes the colours. It does not ask for hex codes, because almost nobody knows them. If your colour sits below the legibility threshold, it is nudged up. A button whose text cannot be read is not branding.
On every document
Quote, invoice, job sheet and reminder come out of a template you build yourself from blocks, with your logo and your colours. A client who prescribes their own layout gets a template of their own.
At your own address
Your people sign in at yourcompany.platrom.nl, with a certificate in that name. That is not cosmetic. It is the reason a user from one company never ends up in another company’s environment by accident.

This is the same job, touched five times by five different people. Nothing is retyped along the way and at the end you can see where the invoice line came from.

    An email from a housing association lands in the work queue, sorted by how long it has been waiting rather than when it arrived. The system has already read it: this is a breakdown, it is urgent, and the next step is shown beside it. Calling is one click.

    The quote goes out

    The estimate turns into a quote with sections, provisional sums and optional items. The client signs it online. On approval the work is waiting as a job, with the budget that sat underneath it.

    The work is dispatched

    On the schedule the work order moves to Thursday, to two engineers who have room that day. They see it on their phone, with the site, the equipment, the history and how to get in.

The work queue sorts by waiting time. Sort by arrival and you clear the easy enquiries and leave the oldest sitting at the bottom. That is where the complaint comes from.
