Three plans that differ in which modules are in them, not in how much of the same thing you are allowed. Three users are in every plan. Above that a user costs €33 per month. Cancel monthly.
Everybody who signs in counts, including the engineer who only fills in job sheets. Billing is in arrears on the peak of the month. So a stand-in in July does not count for the whole year.

How the bill works
The fixed amount is billed in advance and the users in arrears. Then on the peak of the month and not on the average. Run an extra crew for a week and you pay more for that month and normally again after it.
If you want one module out of a higher plan, you can add it separately. The plans are set so that moving up is always cheaper than stacking add-ons. That is recalculated at every price change. If it does not hold, the change does not go through.
There is no joining fee. If you ask us to do work while setting up, such as loading data or building templates, we agree that beforehand. Often it is simply included. How switching works.
If you grow, the bill grows with you and you do not have to tell us. If you shrink, the same. There is no minimum and no contract that runs on for a year after you stop. Pay annually and 15% comes off the whole amount, users included. Otherwise the discount would shrink the bigger you get, and that is the wrong way round.
All amounts are per month and exclude VAT.
Add-on modules
Contacts, quotes, job sheets, time recording and invoicing are in every plan. A system that cannot produce an invoice is not a system.
What you probably want to know
What does it cost per month?

Am I tied in?
No. Cancel monthly, and your data comes with you. Contacts, projects, invoices and job sheets can be exported for as long as the environment exists. A system you can only leave by retyping everything is a system you are stuck in.
How long before we are working in it?
The environment is up the same day. It is your own data that takes the time. Loading contacts and materials, setting up your templates and looking over your shoulder that first week. Reckon on two to four weeks before everybody is working in it. The engineers are quickest and the accounts team last.
Does the app work without a signal?
Yes. The engineer’s view keeps working with no connection. Hours, materials, photos, signature and variations. The moment there is a signal again it goes across on its own. That is not an extra. In a crawl space or on a roof, offline is the normal state of affairs.
And our bookkeeping?
Sales invoices and debtors go to Exact Online or SnelStart. The link is built and starts in simulation mode. It shows you what it would do before it does it. Your bookkeeper stays your bookkeeper.
Where is our data held?
In the Netherlands, in an environment that is yours alone. The separation between companies is enforced at database level and not only in the application code. A backup every night. Restoring it is actually tested. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption.
What if we need help?
You ask the question inside the system itself. We can only look over your shoulder if you allow it, and a reason is recorded with it. That session appears in your own audit log. By default we can read and change nothing.
We already have a system. Why would we switch?
Only if you are missing one of two things. The first is capacity as the opening question: which week is full and can we still take this job on. The second is backup, where every invoice line points to a signed job sheet. If you are fine as you are, stay put. Switching costs a few weeks whatever you do.
