Solar panels configurator
From aerial photo and orientation to inverter, yield and payback. The address pulls up the aerial photo, so you draw the roof plane instead of estimating it.
For solar installers
What it asks
- 1The roof
- 2The system
- 3Yield and connection
What comes out
- A quote with the lines set out separately, ready to send
- On the veranda and the dormer window, a sketch with the dimensions on it
- The survey kept, so a second visit is not a second survey
- On solar panels and insulation, the grant shown separately so the customer sees both figures
Does it work out the yield?
Yes, from the orientation and pitch of the roof plane you draw. The payback period comes out of that too, and that is the figure the customer decides on.
The amounts sit in your own environment and not in our code. You set your own labour rate, your own material prices and your own uplifts, and you do not wait for a release to do it.
