Plastering configurator
Walls and ceilings, from ready-to-paper to decorative render. What is on there now decides the prep work, and that prep work is its own line in the quote.
For plasterers
What it asks
- 1What and how much
- 2What is on there now
- 3Method
What comes out
- A quote with the lines set out separately, ready to send
- On the veranda and the dormer window, a sketch with the dimensions on it
- The survey kept, so a second visit is not a second survey
- On solar panels and insulation, the grant shown separately so the customer sees both figures
Does it price the prep work separately?
Yes. Plastering a wall is a wall that something has to come off first. Bury that in a rate per metre and you lose it on every wall with old wallpaper on it.
The amounts sit in your own environment and not in our code. You set your own labour rate, your own material prices and your own uplifts, and you do not wait for a release to do it.
